We partner with Shiprocket to provide reliable and efficient delivery services across India. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because we use Shiprocket, we tap into a network of top couriers to bring you the best possible rates and delivery times.

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery once handed over to the courier.

Delivery Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier peak seasons, extreme weather, or regional restrictions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your Shiprocket tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Damages & Lost Packages
HOT STEEL is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier is at fault. However, we want you to have a great experience! If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Send an email to contact@hotsteel.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item so we can help you file a claim and sort it out.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. HOT STEEL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us by Shiprocket due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a reshipping fee may apply to send it out a second time.
