Return and refund policy

At Hot steel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations carefully before making a purchase.
  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please email us immediately at the contact@hotsteel.in
     
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery only for damaged or defective items.
    Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
    Proof of damage (photo/video) may be required for return approval.
  • Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number and images of the product. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup if available in your area, or guide you on self-shipping.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via PhonePe) within 5-7 business days.
